For orders within Australia, the product delivery will usually take a maximum of 5 days and within 3 days in most capital cities.
Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to organise collection of your goods during normal business hours.
Please note that heavy or bulky products and delivery to some rural area may be subject to an additional delivery fee. When this fee applies, one of our Customer Service team members will contact you prior to shipment with the total delivery cost.
We send via Australia post or courier and will send you a tracking number to confirm delivery.

We understand that there may come a time where you need to return a product you have purchased from us. We want to make the returns process as simple and easy as possible for you.
When returning any product, please contact us first and tell us why you wish to return the product. Please contact us on 1800 186 253 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.
- Goods must be returned within 7 days from receiving goods
- Goods must be unused and in original packaging
- The customer is required to cover the postage cost of the returned goods
- Items that have been manufactured, customised or indented for a customer’s unique requirements cannot be returned
